I've tried what you said but when attempting go sign in to the social club, it says that the social club service is unavailable followed by the error stated on the title after pressing continue. It's definitely an issue with my wifi, but I still can't figure out what it is. It might be worth doing a factory reset on your router. It will wipe all your settings including alternate DNS servers, your wi-fi password and any port forwarding which you will need to set-up again, but that will clear everything out and might help get it running properly again. That's odd, I meant to say that I've performed a factory reset on my router rather than a regular reset. Had to set everything up again, but the issue still occurred.
