If the Dropbox app on your computer won’t install, the simplest solution is to try downloading the full installation instead of the regular installation. They both install the Dropbox app, but the full installation doesn’t require an internet connection.

Hi, I know this has been asked before but I can't find a solution. I have always been able to download files without issue but now I get the above error message. I have cleared cache, tried a different browser but nothing is working. Any advice? If you're still getting the error, can you let me know what file type you're trying to download?
